What You'll Do

  • Provide the human touch our acclaimed support is known for by engaging with customers via web chat, phone calls, and support tickets.
  • Effectively juggle competing priorities such as customer queries, order fulfillment, issue troubleshooting, and other internal tasks.
  • Craft a variety of client support tools such as Helpdesk guides or YouTube tutorials, to align them with the constantly changing landscape of trading.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team across the globe to efficiently troubleshoot complex technical problems.

Who You Are

  • You’ve got excellent command of English, both written and verbal, and a knack for communicating in a genuine and personable way.
  • You’re either experienced in or excited by the worlds of finance, fintech, hosting, or trading.
  • You’re known for approaching complex technical problems in a logical and structured manner.
  • You’re comfortable interacting with customers from many different backgrounds, from newbie traders to savvy professionals.
  • You’re located somewhere in Australia or New Zealand.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior client support experience for tech and/or finance brands.
  • An understanding of virtual private servers and financial hosting technologies.
  • Trading know-how, including experience with algorithmic trading or trading platforms (we love a quick learner too!).
  • A sense of humour and an appreciation for keeping things lively.
